The Age 2007 Melbourne Fringe Festival Best Special Event
2008 BankSA Support Act Recipient

Sold out, with extended seasons, in Melbourne and Adelaide.

Death By Chocolate is a performance-based, fully interactive experience. The audience are equipped with notepads and pens, mugshots of the suspects, and a briefing on the details of the crime. Within minutes of arriving, they are transformed into autonomous detectives who can move anywhere in the space and ask anything of the suspects. Imagine a cocktail style party, only instead of friends and tipple, there are suspects and chocolate.

This crime is set in the aftermath of a murder at a chocolate-themed singles night. Eleven supposed strangers: the immaculate hostess, the recently wheelchair-bound horse rider and her nervous carer, the chauvinist, the quiet one...  behind the façades, detectives may uncover secrets ranging from criminal pasts to current controversies. But who could have had motive and method to kill Mr AJ Oak?
